It has been just another average day here. Morgan had a good day at school. Will had an OK day at home. Mike slept well. I got out of the house a little while and had some adult conversation.
will and I went for a drive today. We started out by going to Historic Yorktown. Yes, i am talking the place of the Pilgrims!! It was SO pretty and I was crushed when I realized I had left my camera at home!! Don't worry we WILL be going back, maybe even tomorrow. We then took the Colonial Parkway over to Historic Williamsburg. I have been there before and its so pretty. I was thinking along the drive. Can you believe the path we took had been taken by the FOUNDERS of this great Country?? It just amazes me to no end. The history I seem to find myself surrounded by is astonishing. I just adore it. Will slept most of the time we were gone and that was fine by me!
Will had a pretty good morning and afternoon nap. Once Morgan got home it was outside to play! It was such a pretty day here. We ended up sitting outside and talking to the neighbors forever! All of the kids had SO much fun! They even ate dinner there. It was SO nice to hang out with adults and let the kids just enjoy playing. Thanks Valerie and Peter for letting Morgan and Will destroy your house!! We cannot wait for Juan Pablo's party in a few weeks. Well y'all I'm going to try to find a book to read. I need something other than T.V. and inter net.
