Fauxsagna

I made this yummy dish tonight for dinner and just HAD to share. Because, well, its YUMMY! I got this from my sister who got it from a friend and turns out my friend has tried to give me this recipie several times recently. Here is what you need.


You will also need 2 pounds of beef (or other ground meat) and a DEEP 9x13 dish (or two smaller ones).
Cook your meat and add TWO jars of sauce. Any type it doesnt matter the brand. Cook your noodles according to the box and set aside. Mix the sour cream, cottage cheese, parmesan and 2 cups of mozzerella (save the other 2 cups for topping). Layer the goodness starting with all noodles on the bottom, then cheese blend, then sauce mixture. Top with remaining mozzerella and bake on 350-ish until cheese is nice and bubbly.

This is SO easy and I hope you make it soon. Your family will LOVE it!! Will loves it so much we have to give him a bath right after because he gets sauce in his EARS!! Kid you not!! Anyhow. Make some fauxsagna soon and let me know how ya like it.
