OK, so you know I was SUPPOSED to write something about weight loss once a week, right? I am SO bad. I have completely forgotten until just this week. And then I couldn't figure out WHAT I wanted to write. Until this evening that is.
I have NOT been writing down my calories like a good person should. I have not been walking daily...not even 3 times a week most of the time. And the Wii Active as much FUN as it is has taken a back seat. Why you ask? Well, I had an ankle injury. It was a nasty little bone bruise and OH MY was it deep and painful. However, I am all better now. Recently I have walked a few miles. OK, like 5 or 6 all in one day. One really HOT day! I have also been pushing away from the table resulting in MUCH less food rolling around in my trap! So what does all of this mean? Well, it means I have lost a total of 13 pounds so far. Did you hear me?? I said I HAVE LOST 13 POUNDS!!! I am so super stoked about this.
I have gone into the depths of my closet and pulled out things I have not put on my body, in some cases, at least 4 years!! I have jeans I have never worn that were given to me. I have clothes that are falling off!! This has not happened to me in um....well, EVER! So this was basically just a short little post to toot my own horn! I do not know how many readers I have. I guess I should check that daily. But please know I am not doing anything super special to lose the weight I need to lose, just getting up and moving my butt!!
